The balcony has only a small table and two dining chairs, and the table is fixed to the wall right next to the washing line, so one person has to sit facing the wall while the other faces the view. Such a shame with such an amazing view! There was only one 'comfy' chair in the apartment and that was in the bedroom, so the second person has to sit on the bed or around the kitchen table in another room. Kitchen was very basic and the pans were wobbly and did not sit well on the electric hob. However, tea towels and washing up things are provided and there is soap provided in the bathroom.

no breakfast incld. but we had a nice ktichen and downt eh road was a good grocery store and an excellent restaurant across the street Gamshof host were tehre at check in, parking was on prop. and covered. theywere there to ask questions, nice balcony, good facilities, great location for hiking and ascent to gross glockner

The location is as great as it can get, a very kind old couple, and a clean apartment.

House, facilities, cleanliness, location, very welcoming host, everything was perfect. We look forward to come again.

As an improvement, it would be good to have toaster in the kitchen as well as more cutlery would be useful so one can use dishwasher rather than hand washing.
