Bad Damp and paint falling off in bathroom no washing machine in apartment although this was stated no oven sliding doors didn’t lock and main door was a joke

Filthy dirty with cockroaches running around 😡 Worst accommodation in Las Americas. Do not book as you’ll be disappointed with building work going on around and in complex. Lift does not work, lights on stairs are broken plus the fob you get for the front door does not work so you are locked out of the apartment with nobody on reception.

It was a short walk to the beach

Firstly when we booked this and fully paid for this in march it stated it had a pool available to use as well as a pool bar and loungers. When we arrived we found out all these facilities had been closed since February. Half way through our stay our toilet broke, the pipe between the wall and the actually toilet was loose and vegan leaking. When we called the owner to let him know sewage was leaking into the apartment he accused us of flushing tampons and pads down the toilet - we did not do this. The toilet was fixed the next day, but when we called booking.com for compensation for this whole disaster between having no pool and no bathroom for a night in the middle , and our last stay , they wouldn't give us any money back because the owner said we are lying. After we came back we looked at the reviews and between us booking and arriving home we saw similar things had happened to at least two other people. Do no stay here.

Very good location. However apartment was very small beds was very small and pool was not open. Very friendly staff

the apartment was beautiful and clean. loads of room and 3 min walk to the beach. unfortunately the lovely swimming pool was being fixed so wasn’t able to have a swim, but beach is over the road and is perfect. host met us at the property and was very kind and helpful. even let us check out later as our friend was unwell. will definitely be back next year.
