The location is good in terms of proximity to the beach, transport, restaurants, and shops, but it is quite noisy at night and not recommended for those seeking peace and for light sleepers.

While the concept of the apartment is great, the reality was very different. The place was dirty, including the walls which even had punch holes, and often we saw ants around our room. To make things worse, we even saw a small cockroach in the lower bathroom. Some of the towels I received was dirty, though thankfully there’s a washing machine, which ended up being one of the few good aspects. Another major issue was the noise. Although we knew there was no AC from other reviews, we thought it wouldn’t be a big problem. However, because we had to keep the windows open, the noise from the nearby clubs made it impossible to sleep. The apartment is located right in the center of the main party area, so you can hear multiple clubs blasting music until 4 a.m., followed by drunk people yelling and fighting in the streets. Even though we live in a touristy area and are used to summer noise, this was on another level. The neighborhood also didn’t feel safe, we were frequently approached by sketchy people around the building, which made us uncomfortable every time we went out. Inside, the apartment feels very worn down. The stairs are unstable, some bathroom shelves are so bent they can’t be used, and the hair dryer was so dirty it was unusable. The pool area, although a nice idea, was visibly unclean and neglected. Overall, this place might have been a great apartment years ago, but it clearly hasn’t been maintained. Between the dirt, noise, safety concerns, and lack of air conditioning, I really wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re specifically coming to Tenerife to party all night and don’t care about comfort or cleanliness. The only positives were that the owner let us check in 40 minutes early, there’s a washing machine, and there are three bathrooms, but everything else was a disappointment.

Posizione fantastica raggiungi tutto a piedi, appartamento giusto con gli elettrodomestici necessari e funzionanti, ottima vista e ottima anche la piscina.

L’unica cosa a cui bisogna essere consapevoli è che ci sarà la musica fino a tarda notte.

servizi igienici al piano terra inesistenti, carta igienica etc non disponibili in casa all’arrivo, personale poco educato

Manca l'aria condizionata e l'attrezzatura in cucina è molto scarsa

El ambiente es increíble y Sabina una anfitriona excelente

Si te molesta el ruido es una zona muy muy ruidosa
