Location was perfect, close to the beach and to many supermarkets.

Not comfortable and needed better cushions pillows etc …. No toiletries as advertised and only one set of keys made it difficult for us to plan our days as needed them to get in and out of complex and the pool area - no way to leave suitcase when checked out and left keys as couldn’t get back in to get case - added stress to holiday

Прожили 6 ночей по 76€/ночь. Достаточно просторные апартаменты для двоих. На кухне было всё необходимое. Чисто. Неплохой вид на бассейн. Рядом с автовокзалом. Заселение/выселение без проблем.

Мебель очень старая, особенно шкафы. В спальне стрёмное окно, через которое ночью слышно оживлённую автомобильную трассу. Полное отсутствие и кондиционера, и отопительных приборов: какая есть температура, с такой ты и должен жить. Ни охладить помещение, ни нагреть. Примерно как в пещере.

Es war eine total gute Lage, wie auch sehr sauber und schön.

Alles war super, es war nur sehr laut in der Nacht, was ganz normal ist in Teneriffa.

The apartments have a very convenient location: close to the beach, bus station and supermarkets. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. Many thanks to the owner for fulfilling the request The apartments are wonderful and I recommend them for staying. The kids and I were happy to return to this place again.

The only drawback is that it is very audible from outside, it feels like there is no front door. However, after a busy day you sleep without even noticing the noise from the street.

Die Unterkunft war katastrophal und entspricht in keiner Weise den Fotos und der Beschreibung auf Booking. Die Bilder des Vermieters sind stark bearbeitet und zeigen weder den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung noch die realen Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Check‑in und Schlüsselsafe: Der Vermieter hat uns vorab Fotos mit nur wenigen Safeboxen geschickt, in der Realität hingen jedoch sehr viele Boxen nebeneinander, sodass wir überhaupt nicht wussten, welche unsere ist. Zustand der Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist sehr alt und abgewohnt, nichts wirkt so modern und gepflegt wie auf den Fotos auf Booking. Es war nur „in der Mitte“ etwas aufgeräumt, in den Ecken lag viel Staub, insgesamt also kein wirklich sauberer Eindruck. Sicherheitsmängel und Schäden: Mehrere Steckdosen waren locker und wackelig, was aus Sicherheitsgründen absolut inakzeptabel ist. Eine Wandlampe war defekt, die runde Wandlampe hat sogar im ausgeschalteten Zustand noch geleuchtet, was sehr störend war. Bad und Decke: Die Decke im Bad ist stark beschädigt, mit offensichtlichen Wasserflecken und Abplatzungen. Die Abflüsse von Dusche und Waschbecken waren massiv verstopft; der Vermieter wurde informiert, hat sich darum aber nicht gekümmert. Balkon, Rauchgeruch und Schlafkomfort: Die Balkontür ließ sich kaum öffnen oder schließen; sie war nur einen Spalt weit offen, durch den gerade so eine schmale Person passte, mein Mann mit 2 m und 100 kg kam nur mit sehr viel Kraft durch. Da sich die Tür nicht richtig schließen ließ, war es nachts kalt und sehr laut von der Straße, und erst nach drei Tagen wurde sie repariert. In der Wohnung roch es extrem nach Zigarettenrauch, das Sofa war beschädigt und hat ebenfalls nach Rauch gestunken; das ausziehbare Teil des Schlafsofas ist ständig heruntergefallen, sodass die Liegefläche uneben und unbequem war. Die Vorhänge decken die Fenster nicht richtig ab, dadurch war es im Zimmer beim Schlafen sehr hell.
