I like the location and how clean the pool area etc was kept.

I felt the double bed was more like a large single -I have large single at home and it was exactly same size , also it wasn’t a comfy bed it I had a hard mattress.

I like its location.

It does not have air conditioning

-Great location (apartment 816) -Beautiful sea view -Great pool access -Felt safe in the complex -Quick responses from owner -Balcony space was very nice -A very large flatscreen smart TV -Facilities were good overall

-Limited instruction on how to turn on water and electric so we were left with cold water until the owner fixed it -Many aspects of the property needed replacing and fixing eg: the shower holder came off the wall and fell while using the shower, the shower flooded so we had to turn the shower off in between washing hair and washing body etc, the bathroom door handle fell off multiple times, the bathroom ceiling was crumbling on the floor and smelled damp -Odour in wardrobe and washing machine -Vase was covered in flies and an old cigarette packed was wedged in there -Most of the cutlery/glasses/plates were dirty -The owner and I agreed for us to leave by 12pm yet a cleaner arrived at 11am when we were not fully prepared to leave forcing us to rush out and possibly forgetting items

It was in a great location, close to everything we needed and only a 10 minute walk from the strip. It was very clean and we were so glad to have a washing machine. The host was lovely and accommodating. It also didn’t get too hot in the apartment which is what I was worried about.

In all our yrs of travel & being fortunate enough to stay in some lovely places have we ever had to leave negative feedback; until now! Very long story short I give this prop 2* for the lovely sea view & nice pool but that’s where it ends ! Having had no choice but to not stay at this prop after the first few nights due to a ceiling bathroom leak a few days before from a flat above (which we walked into on arrival & LL explained what had happened), but the smell of damp & the crumbling ceiling over those days meant we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation (spending time searching & then paying again for another place is something you don’t want the stress of whilst on holiday). My husband has asthma too so damp & asthma not a great mix. The leak wasn’t the LL fault, however , after nearly 2 months waiting for our refund from the landlord & him telling us “to be patient, why are we in a hurry for the money” is not what we consider to be good customer care. We eventually had no choice but to get the 4nights we weren’t at the prop refunded by our credit card company. The owner saying “I’ll do what I can once I get my insurance money” isn’t good enough , this isn’t caring for the customer, our money for the nights we couldn’t stay there should of been refunded from him without hesitation, instead we’ve had more stress trying to get the refund by other means. Oh, & one more thing to note (which isn’t the LL responsibility), but bring ear plugs if you intend to sleep at night as the location maybe lovely facing the sea, but no pics to show you the main highway at the back of you and the relentless traffic noise !
