Totul a fosr excelent

Amazing stay, everything was clean on arrival. Easy access less then 5 min walk to the beach , shops , restaurants and 10 min walk to the clubs Siam mall , Siam water park. Also nice and quiet at night time,The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Well-re-fitted - mostly well-equipped. Good terrace. Comfy beds. Good appliances. Only minor irritations really. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Almost total lack of instructions on how to use things. No instructions for t.v. No English tv channels. Impossible to get air-con to do anything at all, let alone provide heat. Hob had complicated switch-on procedure which we had to find out from internet. Shower feeble. Water pressure pathetic. Only 2 wine glasses. Only 3 teaspoons. No microwave dishes. 2 broken corkscrews. Note, no swimming pool (though gallingly one visible every time one arrives and leaves). Only one set of keys, so one person cannot go out without leaving the other stranded in the property.
