Leider stimmen Bewertungen und tatsächliche Gegebenheiten nicht überein. Die Gegend ist wirklich schmutzig, laut und täglich war Polizei vor Ort. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren zweifelhaft. Wir reisten vorzeitig ab.

The WiFi worked

I really wish I could attach more detailed photos to help people not make the mistake I did in staying here. 1st , the check in process I received genuinely about 15 emails of confirmations with send us this attach that asking for forms, passport photos it went on. This I considered good as it meant they were legit and monitoring who stayed in their property. Why? I don’t know. I had been given about 4 names 3 different numbers, office numbers, told to use what’s app it was the most awful messy confusing check in I’d ever had . I tried getting organised in advance and asked for the address to collect keys when the day arrived I was given 3 different address from 3 different people with their own awful instructions took us nearly 2 hrs to find someone and get checked in. I stopped a Spanish women in the street to help try make sense of the emails and she said the addresses makes no sense .The entrance absolutely horrible abandoned closed restaurant broken tiles etc you access a steep dirty stairs via a large metal gate kind of like if you were entering a prison building. Once through the gate you walk up the stairs to a table with 2 chairs “the communal area” surrounded by 4 studio doors. Passed the table is a glass panelled door onto some sun loungers (it was a bit of a suntrap but you might aswell sunbath in an alleyway . Out here there’s was a utility area with a washer and dryer judging from photos I was under the illusion this property included a washing machine , nope just one communal one that you have to pay for too. Upon entering the property you have a kitchenette adequately supplied and a tiny table for 2. You have a long extremely narrow hallway which has one window with no privacy (the shutter was broke ) that was looked in on by every balcony across from it and this didn’t help that this window also looked straight into the bathroom .

A little bit noisy

Udmærket, men meget småt. Ligger i et lidt skummelt område. Er du til fest og farver, ligger der flere barer lige ved siden af, med høj musik. Hvis man vil sove, er det ikke så rart, men hvis du vil feste, tænker jeg, det er godt. Den fælles terrasse og vaskerummet, var meget brugbart, når mam kun rejser med håndbagage.

Kommunikation med stedet i forhold til tjekind og evt. opbevaring af bagage var elendig. Jeg tror, det er fordi, man skal have WhatsApp, hvilket jeg ikke har. Det er flere “Las Flores steder” og jeg synes, det var meget forvirrende at finde stedet, og telefonen blev ikke taget, når jeg ringede. Der står tjek-ud kl. 13.00 på booking.com, men de bad mig tjekke ud inden kl. 11.00.

Нам важно было это расположение. Оно хорошее. Матрас достаточно удобный, хоть и кровать достаточно маленькая. Удобный балкон, горячая вода, наличие кондиционера. Достаточно чисто

Срочно нужен ремонт. За такие деньги это позор. Все старое и плохо работает, чайник светится но не греет воду, кондиционер с плесенью внутри и воняет, кран в душе и раковине течет, стены как будто прошли войну ( с дырками, пятнами) Шторы выгорели на солнце. Окно в коридоре не закрывается полностью - при желании его можно открыть снаружи и украсть что-то. И из-за этого же окна все вечеринки соседнего отеля слышны у вас. Этому месту срочно нужен ремонт, такое уже нельзя предлагать людям за почти 100 евро в ночь

Nous avons bien été accueilli par Christian, merci à lui. Studio fonctionnel, bien équipé et proche de la plage, des bus et des commerces. Nous avons tout fait à pied c’était très plaisant.

Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est très mal isolé et on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur (musiques des bars/club, voitures et bruits des passants jusqu’à 3h du matin).

The location was fantastic for us as we like to be within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The outside communal terrace was great although we had it to ourselves which maybe spoiled us. The balcony overlooked the main road and other bars so if you like people watching, it is ideal. Christian, the "meet & greet" rep, was really lovely and helpful. He spoke very little English but answered any questions we had via WhatsApp immediately.

On approach to the apartment, the entrance is via an area which used to be a restaurant but looks as if it has been closed for sometime therefore very derelict looking. The steps are broken going up to the entrance and although this has nothing to do with apartment, doesn't give a good first impression. The balcony also looks over this area but look beyond that and you can still watch the world go by. One other small thing, maybe the quality of the towels and bedding could be improved and the frequency of getting fresh towels.
