Hermoso depto con alberca en el condo La Luminaria Casonas y Villas

Loved how the main bedroom had Alexa, could listen to music & control the lights. The pool was great & same goes for the jacuzzi, not as packed as we thought it would be. At least for me the location was perfect, we like to walk to enjoy the views so we were okay with the mile walk to the main jardin.

Would’ve been a 10 out of 10 rating if there was a at least a dryer to dry the bathing suits off.

My favorite part of the stay was the shuttle buses that were free of charge, the wi-fi, and the wonderful customer service.

Additional fees for pool towels (not included in price). Property staff confirmed towels should have been provided by host. Heater was off and when turned on released bad smell. Had to call host to schedule plumber to come out. Although, there was no major problem, still inconvenient to take time to sit out for plumber.

All the facilities— swimming, restaurant, security, landscaping, new bldgs

Cleanliness was below par. Front desk did not have Eng speaking staff.
