Two bedroom apartment in beachfront complex with pool in Playa de Las Américas.

Location was superb and host (Vladena) was excellent.

Apartment was a little dated but did not impact on our stay

Great location in middle of Las Americas & Los Cristianos.

Great location, close to the beach,restaurants and bars.Kids loved the pool and playground.Apartment well equiped with everything you need.Balcony had lovely view of the beach and was quiet at night even though restaurants were underneath.

Couch uncomfortable to sleep on for the 5th person.A small foldup bed in the 2nd bedroom might be a good idea.

Great location, amenities (washing machine), towels - plenty both in-house and beach. lovely balcony and views. use of the hotel pool and hotel amenities.

The location was excellent. My daughter loves people watching and there were people wandering down the sidewalk all the time. The balcony is huge and there are lovely views. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

The furniture was dated or falling apart. The outside chairs on the balcony had ripped covers on them. The cushions on the sofa inside were all different sizes and in the wrong size covers. The sofa was quite stained. It looked like the floors and the toilet and sink had been cleaned but nothing else had. The table was dirty, the sideboard near the door had sticky bits all over it. The washing machine leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime it was used. The shower needs a really good clean. It does look like this apartment is perhaps undergoing a bit of renovation because there was signs of recent painting. If the apartment is renovated with a new sofa, the outside chairs have new covers fitted and the shower is cleaned properly, I would have no hesitation at returning.
