"Bien situé mais manque de confort pour le prix"

Appartement bien situé. Tout est à proximité. Vue sur la mer (les tamaris masquent neanmoins un peu la vue). Village très joli et criques magnifiques. Parc paysager (roig) magnifique à proximité.

Le rapport qualité prix n'est malheureusement au rdv. Équipements vétustes et peu qualitatifs. Climatisation défectueuse, ventilateur réparé de bric et de broc et non nettoyés, matelas qui grince, cuisine sous equipée, canapé pour 3 alors qu'on est 4 (4 lits). Il pourrait renouveler les équipements et proposer des transats pliables pour le prix payé. La relation client est très bien en revanche.

"A comfortable apartment in a great location but needs freshening up."

The location and balcony

The property is run down and in need of freshening up. I emailed to complain about several broken things such as the towel rail, sink cupboard, patio furniture, light fitting. The floor was dirty and the walls are filthy with stains all over. We was worried as they had taken a large deposit. Someone turned up to fix this without notice but we where heading out to a wedding and explained that these problems should not be fixed during our stay. Also the travel cot mattress we where given was damaged and not useful for our baby. I am still trying to get this refunded. There communication has not been helpful and problem not resolved.

"nice location"

super location , comfortable sofas and nice terrace

big problems with letting agency and the air conditioning , got sorted but we were charged a large call out fee of 120 euro because it was a Sunday . pretty stressful communications with letting manager . no written instructions in appt what so ever for air con or any appliance or anything in appt .

"fabulous"

location location <3 property is so clean and cosy. location is fabulous. could sit on balcony and watch the sea all day. it is right on the beach. lovely restaurants all around. would highly recommend
