Beautiful New Apartment with Sea View

The apartment is in a nice location, very close to the beach, I recommend having a car. Comfortable, spacious apartment with a nice sea view. Fully equipped, good standard. We had everything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood, bars and restaurants very close. Parking on the street, but there were places. Easy check-in. Thank you and best regards to the owner.

One key for four people is definitely not enough. I prefer to have information about non-operating swimming pools when making a reservation.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable but when we arrived the swimming pools were all closed due to a drought in the area. Very disappointing as we’d booked particularly because the pool looked amazing. Not the owners fault of course but if we’d have known we wouldn’t have come to this area.

Everything was what we both needed after a long cold day on the golf course

There seemed be a distinct lack of hot water, whether it was that the boiler was of limited capacity it seemed to run out before the 2nd person completed his shower which meant shaving with cold water.

Good size, comfortable apartment, looks newly refurbished. Clean. Helpful welcoming staff. Good location for what we needed the apartment for.

As we don’t like to use the outside blinds the curtains were very light for the front bedroom. This meant whenever people were returning back at night and the stair lights were switched on it was very bright in the bedroom. Having the outside blinds closed felt too claustrophobic for us personally. It was a shame the pool was closed but I know that pools usually close in October however there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the October sun though.

- The large shower tray is leaking.

The location of the property was good for us due to having family nearby who live there. The views from the room was lovely also.

There was a few issues we had regarding this property. First of all, the neighbours in 316 was very noisy, hoovering at 4am in a morning and banging around waking us all us. Before this always being loud and the walls are that thin we could hear the neighbours going to the toilet which isn’t a comfortable thing. The oven didn’t work properly, and was no instruction manual for it, but it kept turning off mid cooking. Another thing is I do feel it should be stated that no balls and no inflatables are allowed at the pool as this is things we got and brought with us and wasn’t able to use these. inside the apparently was decorated lovely however the outside could definitely use a revamp. Another thing that should be stated is the pool opening hours as well as these opened very late in our opinion. Due to all these reasons if I had of known these prior to the stay I wouldn’t have booked to stay here. This property wasn’t worth the value of money we spent and will definitely not be returning back.

Really modern large appartment with an amazing balcony including a wonderful view to the see. As it has two badrooms and two sleepingrooms it is perfect for a stay as a family or for two couples. The concierge at the entrance as well as the host were very kind.

Prior to arrival we received detailed directions to the property, instruction on access, tips on what to do locally. Great location near the beach in a private resort. Apartment is fully and nicely furnished - two bedrooms, each with is own separate bathroom. A spacious living room/lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen, a large terrace with a barbecue. Hosts had very thoughtfully left coffee for us to make in the morning. Guests can use a shared outdoor swimming pool. This stay exceeded our expectaions.

We had a minor issue with hot water but hosts reacted on the spot and had a specialist look at the issue. All taken care of within 1/2 hour. Well done!

After everything was settled coming in to the property it was ok. Wifi is very good. Kitchen is very nice with lots of stuff. Beds are very comfortable. Nice size balcony with bbq and table and chairs, and a swing chair hanging from the ceiling. The fact that the whole area is fenced off with tight security makes it a very pleasant and safe stay. When the swimming pools are open there is a lifeguard present all the time.

We had problems entering the appartment because we were missing important information. The description talks about a front desk, so I assumed they knew we were coming. But they did not, and the simple question was; who are you and why are you here. Well we did know we booked but the email with all the important information to get passed the front desk was not send to us yet. We got it after we were already in the apartment with the help of the front desk and cleaners who seemed to have all a little bit of information about us coming in that day. The first thing we noticed after a day travelling was that there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. So we first had to go shopping before settling in. On the last night I touched a panel above the toilet in the right hand bathroom and it turned out to be a cupboard with lots of toilet paper. In the weekends a lot of the appartments around are being occupied by the owners and there is a lot of noise during the nights. During normal week days it is nice and quiet. The big sliding door to the balcony can not be locked, something is broken. Not that you start feeling unsafe because it is a very secure area.
