Quando cheguei na porta depois de viajar por mais de seis horas, fiquei sabendo que não tinha o quarto reservado, pelo interfone ela falou que a funcionária dela não havia retirado do Booking, venho escrever minha indignação e pela falta de respeito com os seus clientes .

Não recomendo em nada..
