Perfect location

It was perfect

The property was spotless with a lovely terrace which was so peaceful in a great location and very quiet .. I loved it, the shower was very good, the staff responded quickly to any requests we asked. :) washing machine which was an added bonus.

It was quite small the kitchen you couldn’t really cook in but your on holiday so don’t really cook anyway., but nowhere to even butter your toast, we had to butter it at the small table provided. Not much room to store your clothes we put some in the big bathroom drawer which got soaked as the sink on the left was leaking into the drawer. Some cloths to clean down surfaces would have been good as only a small tea towel provided, no scourer to clean a pot or sprays to clean a surface, these things would have been really good as it is a self catering apartment. We ended up using the same tea towel to wash and clean surfaces. The bath towels are very thin and of poor quality we ended up using our beach towels to dry ourselves.

Apartment was really nice and quiet in night. The location is great and when i arrived i think (Fabrizio) really help me find way to reception and was really polite and helpfull :)

The staff at the desk was lovely. any questions l just what sapped and they replied .soon as l got there l felt the nice welcome

There was nothing to dislike .at first when l so the security gate l was a little worried but once l so behind the gate it was like lovely oasis. I have stayed in a lot off places in tenerifee and l can honestly say there is nothing to dislike about th3 staff or the property .

Location is near the beach and restaurants

We have stayed in this apartment last year and this year and this time around we felt that the bed linen and towels could be of a higher standard. I know that this is just a small thing but it would not cost a lot to upgrade. Everything else was great. Very secure and we have already booked for next year.
