Lovely central location and apartment was good

The terrible door front you had to go through really needs a tidy up and there was no mention of the stairs and would run out of hot water with the 2 nd person in shower

We liked the location

It was too noisy

Location was great, close to everything you need, right in the centre of Costa Adeje. Room and bathroom facilities were ok. Wifi was ok.

I was CHARGED 25 euros for arriving slightly late than their "expected" check in time window. I mean wtf!? Who on earth charges for late arrival anyway!?!? And I wasn't too late, I arrived around 11pm, and they wanted me to come before 10pm. But obviously due to flight delay I couldn't control my arrival time. Such a SCAM!!!!! FIRST time I'm dealing with such s***. Also, few times I saw COCKROACHES inside the flat , which asks the question whether flat is clean or not.

Very convenient location!

Everything was modern and well stocked. The air con was good.

There was no hot water for the 5 days. Despite mentioning it to one of the members of staff. And it was very noisy around 7 am when a local club closed. Despite the windows being shut it woke me every morning.

The host was flexible with accommodating my check in a bit earlier.

The studio was very central, however on the main street with all pubs and traffic going on all day/night long. There was barely any isolation thus it was very noisy constantly. Difficult to get any sleep/rest at night. The studio had very basic kitchen, no stove for cooking properly. Also very unpleasant smell was coming from the underneath the sink. The tabel was also not stable and shaking. The laundry room was also very dirty.

The bar opposite is terribly noisy, with very loud music and constant shouting at night. The noise from the street is completely absorbed as if there were no walls. A louder car will wake you up, if you manage to fall asleep at all. When it's finally quieter at 2am, you wake up to the noise of the other apartment's guests, as if you were in the same room with them. The night guest was a big cockroach in the apartment. During the day, the noise of flexing and drilling made it impossible to hear my own thoughts.
