Very nice apartment, local to all bars and restaurants, apartment was great value for money.

Apartment located very centrally with short distance to everything (shops, bars, beach). Not very quiet but you have to count on that. Hosts from Macaronesian team were very wellcoming and reacted immidiately when we had to solve some issues. View from balcony is partially to the ocean and to the hotel H10 Casino which is located in front. All in all we got what we expected for this price and location. My assessment would be 10 - to hosts for their attitude and service and 7 - for apartment.

Wasn,t a thick curtains in living room and the light in the morning do n ot let sleep but when we pointed out that hosts were bringing and changed curtains. Double bad in the bedroom squeaks a lot and every turn in th ebad is accompaining by a sound. Bathroom doors needs for an update. Sofa bad in the living room needs to be repaired or changed. Not possible normally sleep for two adults. For two kids it is managable. Wasn,t wine glasses and bottle opener in the kitchen. We bought it in the shop nearly. In totaly I would say that good choise if you do not disturb sounds from surrounded bars in the evenings and you want to be close to the ocean and touristic places.

In the middle of lots or restaurants and bars so easy walking distance to anywhere with the beach just a couple minutes away, however the property was still quiet despite being in the middle of everything. Also a very nice view of the beach from the balcony.

Only downside is that there is no AC however the owner was able to supply us with a second fan to keep the place cooler and they were very responsive! The balcony door also had problems as the handy was very loose when we arrived and so was hard to use.

Everything was perfect. Close to the beach, with a sea view. Very specious apartment.

Surrounding is very loud, loud music from nearby clubs/bars all night. There is no air-co so you want to keep the window open but then it is difficult to fall asleep. Furnishings are very tired. It is very difficult to find a free parking place nearby.
