The apartment was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy plenty of storage. Wine and water on arrival was an added bonus. The shower was great and plenty of hot water. The location was excellent for everything.

The apartment was so lovely, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, so close to everything but still nice and quiet at night time. The pool was just outside our door and was nice and quiet too!

The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with full cooking facilities, washing machine and also has a large high quality fridge / freezer. There is also air-conditioning but we did not need to use it as the celling fans provided enough cooling for March. The walk in shower is excellent, very powerful and there is lots of hot water. The apartment has lots of equipment for cooking, beach towel and sun lounger pads, as well as a nice balcony, with table and chairs to enjoy lunch or an afternoon drink (it gets the sun in the afternoon). The apartment is on the ground floor and very easy to access the well maintained pool area. Around the pool there were plenty of sun loungers and clearly a culture of respect for each other when it come to relaxation and keeping noise to a low level (no loud music or people shouting at kids etc...). The pool area seemed to be looked after daily by a team of contractors, but also some of, who I think were permanent resistant's, helped to keep the area tidy. The apartment location could not be better, you are a short walk from everything in Las Americas, the beach, shops, bus stops, taxi ranks, bars, cafes and restaurants are all 5 minutes walk. Perfect location. Even better, the airport express buss stops outside and only costs 3.60 Euros to the airport and takes 30 mins (it is the Number 40 green bus, Titsa is the bus company). From the initial booking we had good communications with the Host and they guided us through the check in and out procedure which was very simple as we were met on arrival to gain access to the complex. we had a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful apartment in the heart of Playa de Las Americas and will hope to return in the future. Perfect for couples.
