Nada, solo pudimos usar la casa para dormir.

La casa sucia, no fue limpiada antes de ser entregada, había excrementos de incestos por todas partes , las duchas goteaban, la estufa no sirve, por lo que no pudimos usar la cocina, en si nuestra estancia fue un total decepción ya que no es barata.

"FATAL, UNA PESADILLA, NUNCA ME ALOJE, POR POCO TUVE QUE DORMIR EN LA CALLE."

La real PESADILLA, una CATASTROFE..... Reservé éste alojamiento, cómo estoy acostumbrado por Booking.com, pero ésta vez fue una pesadilla, arrivé entre las 18H00 y 18H30, no había nadie esperando, después de haber escrito vía email y no haber obtenido respuesta, llamé un sin números de veces al alojamiento y nadie respondió. Ante la desesperación de quedarme cómo un huérfano en la calle, registré el contacto del apartamento para ver si tenia WhatsApp y efectivamente, pude enviar un mensaje de voz por WhatsApp; la respuesta que recibí de parte de la propietaria a las 19:36 horas fue el siguiente: BUENAS NOCHES, DISCULPE LOS INCONVENIENTES, TRATE DE COMUNICARME CON USTEDES PARA AVISARLES DE UN OVERBOOKING DESDE AYER (Miércoles 02/6/2025 ). Nunca fue avisado a tiempo de éste supuesto Overbooking que informa la Sra. Propietaria. De verdad, es una GRAN VERGUENZA que existan seres humanos que jueguen con el tiempo de los demás y que sobre todo, no le den el CARACTER que amerita sus negocios en la plataforma. Un consejo, cancele su propiedad de Booking.com, para que otros usuarios no corran la misma situación que tuve que pasar. Att. Jansen Dilone

"This property is amazing, I loved the balcony and the spacious living room. Everything is cleaned and organized."

The property has a lot of space and is very nice. The parking is private which was amazing and very close to the city. The property managers are very responsive and accommodating.

The property was great, it would be better if more rooms had A/C but it was great.

"Worth the price!"

Spacious and good price. Communication through WhatsApp was great and comfortable check-in/out. Parking in gated lot with the apartment.

No soap for sink or showers. No blankets provided for beds
