Paper walls, u can hear everything..

this is an amazing space - work trip but wasn’t ready to leave!

It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the location was exactly where we needed to be in Tunbridge Wells.

There weren’t any instructions on some key items. First, no instructions on how to turn off the decorative lights in the living room and kitchen, and we failed to figure it out at the end of a long day. The staff texted us the next morning, and said we should have phoned them even though it was midnight, but just noting the location of the switches in the property overview would solve the problem. There were no instructions on how to convert the couch to a bed, but I eventually found the hidden legs. Also, to use the washing machine I had to find the instruction manual online. The sleeper couch was certainly not as comfortable as a bed even with the extra pad, but I slept okay on it for two nights. A longer stay would have been a problem, however.

Very clean and smart apartment, located close to plenty of shops, take aways and restaurants. The bookings manager was particularly helpful, providing information in advance of our stay, and checking in on us during the stay too. He was quick to help with questions and organised a later check out. Came with complimentary water, teas/coffees, and toiletries - although may need to re-stock yourself for longer stays.

The apartment was fine for two people, however, could feel small for a small family or group of friends. Bathroom was very tight (but not much that could be changed here). Sofa was also a little uncomfortable as it's a sofa bed, so could feel the frame through the seat cushions. A small suggestion that could improve the experience further, is to provide usage instructions for the appliances.

The apartment was beautiful and great location.

The apartment was a bit tight for 3 adults and all of our luggage , as travelled from overseas. Perfect for a couple with just overnight bags .

-absolutely stunning -very clean -gd location,shops nearby -lovely staff and happy to accomodate my request -late check out was accepted with no issues when asked

that i had to leave…. -only 2 toilet paper rolls for 3 nights

Everything was perfect for our stay…from the very comfy bed to all the best comforts of home…absolutely faultless
