Tolle, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Rita ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Balkon v.a. im Sommer ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte einen tollen Bergblick. Die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe war ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la valle, a pochi passi dal centro di Neustift e da supermercati e funivia. Appartamento molto pulito, con cucina funzionale e letto comodo.

"ריטה המארחת הייתה נפלאה ומסבירת פנים. נתנה לילדים מתנה קטנה בסיום השהות."

המיקום הוא קרוב לתחנת דלק, לסופר, למסעדות, לרכבל. על הכביש הראשי, ולידו גם תחנת אוטובוס. ועם זאת היה מספיק שקט. ביקשנו מריטה אם אפשר לעשות אצלה כביסה בתשלום. היא גבתה עבור המכונה שכביסה וייבשה 15 יורו וזה הגיע לחדר ריחני ומקופל יפה יפה. כשביקשנו עוד שקית אשפה היא מיד הביאה והוסיפה עוד מגבות בלי שביקשנו.

Het was een uitstekend appartement en een zeer vriendelijke eigenares. Alles was aanwezig en vlakbij de bushalte. We kregen tijdens de tweede helft van ons verblijf een groter appartement zonder meerkost. Een echte aanrader!!

تعامل اصحاب السكن مثالي و الشقه بتشطيب مميز و بشبابيك واسعه و اطلالات عالجبال مميزه و حديقه جميله تابعه للسكن

فصل المرحاض عن دورة المياه و لا يوجد اي مصدر للمياه عند المرحاض مما سبب لنا مشكله كبيره في النظافه بعد استخدام المرحاض ! نتمنى معالجة الموضوع بإضافة مصدر مياه

"Everything perfect"

The owner is very friendly. She helped us out when we were in a pickle. The house is in a prime location, and very well maintained. Spacious ski room. We had a great time and would 100 percent recommend this to anyone visiting Stubaital.

"Perfect for skiers"

It was perfect for skiing trip - its in the heart of the town, bus stop is literally next door. The apartment was really comfortable and the host is amazing! Totally recommend:)
