"Wonderful!"

Location, solitude, with private and secure parking. Hans the host was very friendly, engaging, and helpful. Literally one city block away from downtown shopping and dining, but still nestled in a remarkably quiet neighborhood.

"Lovely apartment in town centre."

Lovely comfortable apartment on ground floor with beautiful garden. Located virtually in the town square with all attractions within walking distance. Hans was super friendly and allowed us to drop our bags a little earlier than usual. home is comfortable with everything you need for a weekend stay.

"Perfect location to visit Garmisch"

Hans was so nice. He's really a great guy and met us for check in. The property is only a couple hundred meters from the center of town and yet all you hear is the river. The garden/yard is very well manicured and huge. We enjoyed sitting outside and staring at the mountains.

Loved the location, fantastic patio, and very helpful host. It's next to a stream, so there's a wonderfully peaceful background noise when you open the windows. There are beautiful views of the nearby mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

the most gorgeous views you’ll find in all of Garmisch. beautiful garden. Mr Hans is such a lovely, friendly, helpful host. everything was perfect.
