"A good value apartment in need of a little TLC. Comfy beds and good location"

Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Washing machine was good.

In need of a little TLC. Safe box wasn’t working, shower leaked and there was a few cockroaches in the bathroom.

The location is good with lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner. We were allowed to store our bags as we were.there early and the cleaning staff let us leave our bags into the apartment.

Apart from getting the key from the cleaning staff that morning we never seen anybody else to check us in. The apartment was very dated and there was broken furniture. I tried several times to contact the lady about gaining access to the safe but my messages were totally ignored each time. When I asked at reception I was told it was privately owned.

"Poor"

The bed was broken when we arrived and there was no lighting in the bedroom. This was not fixed/replaced throughout our stay.

Location

The toilet constantly flooding from floor drain, the lack of towels, no tv remote, so no tv for 2 weeks with 2 kids, not great. No AC, so had to hire. Leaking kettle, leaking coffee machine

"Nice area terrible apartment"

The apartment was old and most things were broken. The door was badly damaged and after 3 weeks it broke completely and after several complaints nobody came to repair it. The boiler casing was hanging off and very dangerous so someone came and had to remove the whole lot. The electrics kept tripping out. Parking was a joke outside there was never any parking spaces in the area until 9pm.

"Great family week away in modern surroundings."

Very independent of any hotels - great self catering and location was excellent for multiple beaches and centre of resort.

Slight hiccup on arrival with plumbing issue that was rectified by host within hours of arrival. The accommodation is well used and a need for running repairs is evident (this did not affect our stay however). There is no A/C but fans are ok, however the property faces a road so traffic noise is noticeable if you sleep with windows open.
