"Very comfortable roomy apartment steps from historical sites"

Excellent location just steps away from the main San Miguel del Allende cathedral square and where all the restaurants and bars are located. The apartment was spotlessly clean with good sized bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen even though we did not make use of it. The final bonus was a full size washer & dryer that allowed to carry back clean cloths. Would definitely stay here again on future visit.

"For us old people, not again because of the steps, otherwise a very good place"

my personal opinion is that there are minor things that would make your stay better, such as glass drinking glasses, electric points that don't work on the bedside table, icecubes already made in the freezer. A shower body washer towel would be nice. But all in all, great place to stay if you are fit enough to climb 40 steps

Location could not be beaten, and the facilities were excellent.

It got a bit warm inside sometimes, and while the electric fan did help it was still blowing warm air around

It turned out that the location was excellent for us without having ever been to SMA before. All of our planned destinations were walkable. We accidentally discovered a daily market just 4 blocks from our apartment. Lots of food stalls to choose from.

The fresh water bottle was empty and I was unable to carry up a full bottle that was just inside the entry gate to the property. However, after notifying the manager, we had a full bottle brought up by the end of the day. Although we didn't expect air conditioning, it would have been a real bonus as the high temperature in the afternoons was 85-87 F.

This was a great space in a fantastic location. It was perfect for exploring the heart of SMA. I would eagerly book this place again if/when I return to the area.

Close to walking everywhere downtown, hot water in the shower, beautiful common areas. Coffee, tea, and drinking water was provided. There is a kettle, fridge, heater, cooling fan, and extra blankets. Entry was easy, and it's secure.

Beds are adequate. There was a tumble dryer in the listing, but it was not available for use.
