The location location was good, close to the city center, about 10 minutes walk. There are many groceries and shops around the house. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool is not far from the living place.

The rooms do not have individual air conditioning, only general with manual on/off in one place. The air is not fresh enough in the apartment. Quiet noisy at night.
