Location is good, very close to city centar. Apartman is in old building, but very clean and big. Good value for money.

Parking can be problem.

Clean and spacious. Netflix and Prime Video available. Large fridge. Washing machine. Plenty of storage space. Fairly quiet neighbourhood. Good location - most of the centre of Santa Cruz was walkable for us 75 year-olds.

Poor state of repair for several items - the front street door lock was broken and the door could not be locked, giving a slight sense of insecurity. All the plumbing fixtures were loose. The sofa/bed needs replacing. While the shower was very fancy, the poor water pressure meant that most of the features did not work, and, if you are tall like me you end up relying on a hand held shower - it works OK but not great. The walls between this apartment and its neighbourhood are paper thin - this could be a real problem if you had noisy neighbours. While us oldies managed the stairs, they could be a problem for some older people. The apartment has no view and no balcony or patio to sit out on. If you are used to urban apartment living, fine, but to us it was a bit claustrophobic. Our fault for not taking these last 2 factors into account when we booked.

Beautiful lovely sized property, large bedroom with comfy bed, nice balcony as well. Large kitchen with possibly everything you need to cook a meal. The bathroom was humoungous, has a nice washing and loads and loads of storage everywhere. A very comfy sofa with nice smart TV for entertainment which we made good use of. There's no limit the no of buses to get from around the property, no matter what corner of the island you're planning to visit from the centre, its there. There's a huge strip of bars and restaurants just 10 walk away from the property and alo the posrt and beach are a small bus ride or a 20 min walk away. Host was really helpful with loads of suggestions and has instantly replied all the time. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back to stay here again.

We loved that it was quiet and the communication with the host was great. Having a ceiling fan in the bedroom was fantastic! Location was good for accessing the highlights of Santa Cruz.

It is a bummer that there are just a few things in the apartment that need some TLC. Just general maintenance is missing. Examples would be very loose faucets in the shower and the kitchen sink...we worried that we would cause further damage. It appeared that the host had a few "repair projects" in process. Overall the apartment needs some attention.

Very big apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shops and bus stop are close. Also, the host is really nice and helpful🌹
