Very good location, lovely flat, airy (what you do not see on the pictures)/ full of light, great bathroom, easy check in, very good beds, clean, good amnities, the flat is much nicer than it looks on the pictures. Practical to have private parking in the backyard and on foot to beach and city center. lovely street. cafes and restaurants nearby

Although the flat itself is very good, I was struggling with the host. For me they were unfriendly. It started with a question if we could check out later (10 am is really early with kids, breakfast, cleaning) and they said no because the concierge would be there at 10 (they were not there at 10 but 10:45 - we watched some birds on the street nearby). Then they asked us to bring bedlinen and towels which was at that time not in the general conditions. They only send an email after the booking which is not the correct way. Until now they did not provide bedlinen sizes (only bedsizes but are there 2 bedlinen on the bed or 1? we did not know upfront). Booking confirmed that this procedure is not correct and 2 people already complained about having to bring bedlinen and towels. I guess they have rented a lot via Airbnb and there it is more normal but booking.com is a bit more professional. Then we wanted to check out and I asked what should I take care of. I expected instructions on where to put the key etc.. This she did not say but said we need to clean the flat according to instructions on the door. Of course I clean a flat when I leave it but I do not expect to clean it for the next customer (which is e.g. cleaning the stove with a certain cleaning fluid and cleaning the fridge or hoovering and cleaning the floor). I thought if there is a concierge then cleaning is included. It was not mentioned in the advertisment (now it is) and booking agreed that this was not correct from them. In the end the flat is a good option if you can live with the behaviour of the host. For me this was not so nice because I thought if they want something they should simply state it. Then I can choose if I want to stay there and agree to bedlinen towels and cleaning....If they had been nicer as well I would have been a bit more forgiving as well but they were arrogant and as well stated that nobody has ever moaned before (which they did - see reviews about bedlinen and towels).

Very good location, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and market. Clean, modern apartment which was well equipped.

Entrance to the parking and the courtyard parking was tight. We were blocked in temporarily once.
