The apartment was clean and comfortable. Luís the host was great, the apartment has walking distance to the beach. Alit of facilities at the apartment available.

It was a shame that the pool was not still open for the season to enjoy. It's a little further from the city center but since we have a car it was not a problem.

Really nice and clean apartment with all the amenities you could need. Was especially kind to have juice and milk already in the friend and muffins in the kitchen on arrival. It was handy having 2 bathrooms with 2 kids, and we loved being so close to the beach. Great wifi connection as well.

Amend the English description for this property, where it mentions the property "offers a private beach area"; this is even listed TWICE under the "most popular facilities" section of the profile. But it's inaccurate. This is really misleading as actually, the apartment does not offer this. The pool wasn't open during our stay because it was "off season", this could also be made clearer on Booking as well.

We have just enjoyed a 6 week stay and love the apartment. So comfortable, well equipped, great location in Rincon.Set in a secured community and includes dedicated car parking with direct access to apartment. Friendly and helpful owner.

The cleanest, best equipped apartment I think we’ve ever stayed in. The balcony was a particular highlight.

The swimming pool wasn’t available because it is closed at the end of August (I assume). Pity because it looked incredibly inviting with the days still quite hot. I’m not sure whether we missed this point in the apartment description, or whether it just wasn’t mentioned.

the apartment is nice, clean and very well equipped. it’s close to the beach, we enjoyed eating in the terrace with nice views over the mountains.

Imposible to have a good night sleep. At the weekend, the constant noise of motorbikes, scooters and cars playing music at top volume until 5 or 6 am made impossible to have uninterrupted sleep. on the Monday, municipal cleaners were using leaf blower’s at the bottom of the building at 6am… Also, the two single beds in second bedroom were fine but the bed in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. it’s impossible to even turn in the bed during the night without shaking the bed and waking up the other person. we got up each morning with a achy back.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with everything you need. You can walk everywhere, very close to the beach, a weekly market, good supermarket, good bars and restaurants both on the beachfront and in the town. Friendly and helpful owners. We'd definitely return.

Met Luis at the arrival and he was very friendly. Before and during our stay the communication with him was very smooth and fast. The flat is true to photos or even better and is really cozy and comfortable, feels like home. It´s tastefully furnished, has a great layout and a well-equipped kitchen. There were printed Q&A for using the appliances in 6 different languages. Me and my 3 kids spent a week there and enjoyed it very much. Great location, close to the sea. For groceries, there is a big Mercadona just around the corner. From the living room balcony, there are beautiful views to the mountains and the sea. Both bathrooms have a shower (one has a bath). The underground parking is spacious and in February when we visited there were very few other cars. Since it was off-season, we could not use the pool, but it´s big and looked super. The place is close to Rincon de la Victoria shops and restaurants. Will definitely come again :)
