The property had all the necessary things except for a washing machine.

The location was not friendly for a person without a personal car. Thw wifi was very bad because some imp apps like whatsapp were not supported in the wifi

The apartment itself is good. It is relatively small but has everything you need - especially a well equipped kitchen. The highlight was the view from our window.

The apartment is seemed to be managed by someone/people who aren't based in the town. When you book, they give you the contact details of a man, Mr Memeti, and ask you to contact him about check-in. I thought it would be good to inform him of our delay in arrival to the apartment due to a flight delay, but he tried to use this against us and said that the place wasn't a hotel and we needed to pay €20 extra because we would be arriving late. On arrival, he gestured us to angrily on us arriving late and was really rude. Not a nice way to start our holiday. The location isn't great if you'll be using public transport. There is a bus stop around 5-10 min walk away which you can use to get to Eibsee for example. But it is a 30 min walk to the main bus and train station in the town where you'll find more connections.

Cleanness

Great location. Perfect for hiking, right behind is the route to Kramerspitz.

The room is clean and tidy. a fridge and oven were in the kitchen. It is a comfortable small room for 2-3 people. (One big bed and one sofa bed)

The location, how clean it was, very quiet, we had the opportunity to wash our clothes, it was good to have warm water. The apartment was well warm

The pillows of the bed in the closet was very soft and thin , it would be nice if you change it. While sleeping in the closet bed I couldn’t charge my phone, there was no plug

Everything was very clean!!! Fantastic view from the windows and a quiet location. We had on-site garage parking for the car which was nice because of all the snow. We had the best time and always looked forward to coming back to this amazing apartment after travelling in the days. The lady who met with us to give us the key was very welcoming and sweet too. 😊
