Location was perfect

Very ideal and beautiful location. Accessible to restaurants like The Local Cure and grocery shops like Edeka. Thank you Stefan for passing us the keys to this wonderful apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and amenities. With a wonderful window above the sink to let fresh air in when u cook. (And some snow!) there’s also lovely solid wooden carpentry everywhere.

Due to sloping roof, we knocked our head in the kitchen several times haha. Corners of apartment were slightly dusty. But overall still warm and welcoming, just a tad dark. The walk up to the second floor with 3 big luggages was a bit challenging but nevertheless still a lovely place to stay!!

Our host, Stefan, was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The views from the apartment are stunning. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, super clean, well-equipped and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and lovely big wardrobes for your clothes which I usually find lacking in other holiday apartments. The location is very convenient for Garmisch town centre and the local buses.

The only negative would be the traffic noise when on the balcony during the day from Zugspitzestrasse but hopefully when the new bypass is completed that will improve. At night it's not as bad. It definitely wouldn't stop me staying there again.
