The lovely sunny balcony was brilliant. The apartment had all the facilities as outlined online. The location was ideal. Supermarket nearby and a short walk to the beach.

Seriously there was nothing that we didn’t like. It was a perfect base.

the accommodation was very clean, the kitchen fully equipped and a large balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Communication with the owner was fast and problem-free, and he readily answered our questions about the stay...we really liked Las Americas and will definitely come back here with my wife. we thank you

Great location with a good view. Communication was good and quick response if anything. The pool and the area around was clean and nice. We got to stay 2 hours longer on check out day without a cost that was very much appreciated.

Would have been better to have a bigger bed. A few times we felt bad smell from the bathroom.

"Great place to stay"

Nice and clean flat in a quieter end of party district. Great view, well equipped kitchen, large supermarket just 2 minutes away walking. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Double bed is on a smaller size (small UK double). Would be nice to have larger bed, as there seems to be enough space in the bedroom for it. A bit noisy some nights, but this was expected from the neighbourhood.
