Very spacious apartment with great facilities including a laundry room. It is ideal for a family or group. Beds are very comfortable with excellent storage. Good location - supermarket, bakery and cafes close by and a short walk to the tram. The smaller bathroom is more dated but it was a benefit to have 2 toilets, excellent value for money. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Booked this property for my son and his friends whilst they studied in La Laguna from September to December. Maria and the team were very responsive and helpful. Flat was perfect fir their needs, only a few minutes walk from a tram stop and close to a big supermarket. Gracias, Maria. 🙏
