Marina Suite

Perfect location in Santa Cruz, close to everywhere.

Marina Suite is on the 4th floor of a building across across the street from where the ferries dock - so it was super convenient for me. Even though it is a very central location, there is a lovely quiet, neighborly feel to the area. There is a Spar supermarket directly across the street. The sea front area is designed for pedestrians and it is a delightful area for a walk. Since I arrived early in the day the owner kindly let me drop off my bag at the apartment. Carlos and his wife were cleaning the apartment. Carlos came down to the street to get me and then showed me the apartment. He and his wife were kind and friendly and they did a great job cleaning the apartment. The flat is like the photos – it looks like a modern office space converted into a flat. There are white marble floors, white walls and steel framed windows. When you come into the flat you are looking across the street at a big office building. The rightmost part of the wall of windows gives a lovely view of the sea, trees and the interesting brown mountains. The bedroom part is the prettiest. The kitchen has all the appliances. Overall, the flat is light-filled, comfortable and in the perfect location. I highly recommend it.

Very well equipped apartment with plenty of space in the heart of the Tenerife capital.

The area was more restless than we expected. Maybe that is why the apartment offered free earplugs.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is very functional.

Lovely little apartment. The check-in and check-out was uncomplicated, even though it was during the carnival. There was a problem with the door (because of carnival) so we had to stay one evening in the apartment, but the communication with Sonia was quick and good. The problem got solved the next day. The space was nice for two people, it was comfortable to use the fridge, etc. We had no problem with the street noise at night, but we are "good"-sleepers. There was a coffee machine and also a washing machine for use. All in all the apartment had everything we needed.
