Dream Apartment

Location was good. Kitchen was equipped to expectations

Host only explained joining instructions 24 hours before access. Host used virtual key with very unclear and misleading instructions. We spent 40 minutes on the phone to gain access. Size of apartment was OK but furniture too large and poor quality. No instructions to use tv

No breakfast.No lift i was on the third floor.Very hard to go up

Bottle lf wine from owners and coffee pods

Cockroaches in the kitchen and that I waited more than 1 hour to entry. They send something about check in but in Spanish language and on email. Booking didn't inform me about this. Also they requested all information about my family, like passport details, date of birth (throw their website). Also there is no parking and busy tight street.

Overall apartment is Ok

My worst „stay” by far- there is an electronic entrance system which didn’t work. The manager didn’t bother to pick up my call, texted me, sure tried to fix the problem, finally managed to let me into the apartment but i couldn’t get out of the building as there was no key to the building door and electronic system didn’t work. Worst of all the manager didn’t listen, didn’t pick up the phone, call me.. and at last- didn’t agree for the refund ( I had to find anorher stay as I’m not custom to be somebody’s prisoner for my money). Think twice before staying there.

clean, well equipped, complimentary water and wine, good central location

having to walk up flights of stairs as the lift was out of action

location is good staff was nice and they give bottle of wine and water easy communication

the bad smell from bathroom was intolerable one roll of toilet paper not enough for 4 days, as well as the towels
