Atlantic Sunrise

Proximity to the ocean and to the supermarkets. The view from the balconu.

It could have been more cleaner,we had some “visitors”,meaning that from the kitchen area there were cockroaches.

Beach view was great but that’s about it.

Very old building, the apartment needs a lot of improvements. Old towels.There is roaches even though there is traps all over the apartment , the bathroom sinks are clogged ( had to use a special product to fix it picture attached ),the water heater is small ( 25 liter only) so you’ll have to wait for your turn to shower,and by the way when I contacted the host he said ( you’re just going to have to deal with it) so rude.

Apartment is clean, beautiful and with exeptional view. You will be awaken by wonderful sunrise above the ocean with the first sunrays shining right to your bed ♡ The place is great if you like your privacy, very quiet but still close to the promenade with variety of restaurats and bars. Its really easy to park here and its also pretty great starting spot if you want to travel around the Island. Apartment has everything you would think of, we did not miss anything. Only one small floss was a bit old and smelly towels, but once theyre replaced by new onces, everything will be just perfect :)

The GPS indicated the apartment was in Santa Cruz. This was confusing. After calling host he corrected location to Candelaria. Host was very patient with directions. Finding parking is a challenge. Apartment has limited parking. Close to bus stops and many restaurants. Especially recommend Stefano’s and Fruit Store up the street. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Nice view from to the ocean and Gran Canaria on clear days. Major places of interest within 60 to 90min drive. Not a major tourist town.

No airco (was sometimes to hot even during our stay in winter) and no way to keep the sun out from living room. Poor maintenance : a lot of dust on plastic plants and picture frame, power socket not well fixed, shower with black mold and calcified, an Ikea cooking pan too damaged to use, dead insect in drawer, batteries in remote control tv down, door to terrace cannot close. Found dead cockroaches in the appartment andl in the stairway from the building (there were multiple plastic insect traps in the corners of the apartment)
