Avenida Marítima (Nivaria)

Great view from all the windows. The accommodation facility has everything that may be necessary during the rest, from a microwave oven to glasses and spices. Ideal location, the beach is just a few meters from the property. Bars, cafes and shops are within walking distance.

I can't call it a strong minus, but a steep staircase to the fourth floor can become a problem for someone. Those who came home quickly to change clothes or forgot something will have to prepare for the training of calf muscles 😂.

Panoramic sea view. Spacious apartment right by the beach. Fairly comfortable. Definitely recommend 100%

Apartment is well maintained but in need to a small upgrade. Cleaning the windows regularly would make it just spectacular. I know there is a lot of wind and salty condensation coming from the ocean but cleaning lady is getting paid but probably not doing the job 100%

Great location, right in the busy bar & restaurant area, but with a sea view, and very close to the bus routes for east island exploring, and the port for other island exploring. The view from the kitchen/dinner/lounge is fabulous, you look over the promenade and beach to the ocean, on a clear day you can see Volcano Tielde & the rest of Tenerife in the horizon. On any day you can watch the ships come and go from the port, and in the distance the ocasional plane departing the island.

The apartment would be so much better if the strong drain smell from the bathroom, that has been mentioned in previous reviews, was properly dealt with, and the tired and broken kitchen and furniture was refreshed.
