The host was very friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with. She provided thorough instructions and even recommended an area where we could park for free. The neighborhood itself is quiet and convenient, with two grocery stores nearby and several points of interest within walking distance.

This listing was a mixed experience. The unit has significant humidity problem coming through the windows, which has led to visible mold on the walls and ceiling. Noise was another issue, as the upstairs neighbors were very loud and the stairwell has poor soundproofing. Additionally, the photos in the listing do not accurately reflect the current condition of the space — the apartment feels rundown and not nearly as renovated as advertised. The listing does mention that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so just be aware that it requires climbing 56 stairs.

La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir a pie a cualquier punto céntrico de la ciudad, se ve que es una zona segura. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, estuvimos muy cómodos. Los anfitriones estuvieron atentos y respondían muy rápido lo que da bastante confianza, gracias.🤗

En general la estancia fue excelente y el precio me parece más que correcto para la ubicación y lo que ofrece. El apartamento no tiene ascensor pero es algo que ya especifican y no supone tampoco un gran esfuerzo subir un par de pisos. Quizás sería bueno más adelante poner una smart tv para ver netflix en los momentos de descanso.
