.. was soll man sagen 😊 Die Wohnung ist perfekt, man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Alles blitzblank und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und dann ist da ja auch noch Josef! Er hat uns super freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Getränke und Obst waren für uns vorbereitet und später hat er noch Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Haben selten einen so netten, zuvorkommenden und engagierten Vermieter erlebt. Vielen Dank Josef für deine Gastfreundschaft. Es waren 2 tolle Woche Entspannung pur. Gruß Uli und Christiane 😊

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Stadtnah, gegenüber dem Bahnhof (der keine Lärmbelästigung war) und 5 Min. fußläufig vom Bodensee entfernt. Hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Wir reisen schon seit 40 Jahren, auch in Ferienwohnungen und haben noch nie solch eine perfekte Ausstattung vorgefunden. Der Vermieter war zuvorkommend und freundlich.

"Perfekte Wohnung inkl. perfekter Ausstattung in perfekter Lage am Bodensee"

Alles! Die top Ausstattung, die Lage mit kleinem Blick auf den Bodensee, die Extras, wie ein der Fahrstuhl, ein super Massagesessel oder die grandiose Küchenausstattung, hin zum sich selbst öffnenden Mülleimer. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, da der Bahnhof und der ZOB gleich gegenüber sind. Die Innenstadt um die Ecke. Bäcker vor der Tür. Parkplatz ein paar Meter die Straße runter (15 €/Woche!) Ärzte fünf Minuten entfernt (war diesmal für uns wichtig!). Und natürlich Joseph, unser Vermieter. Es gab eine sehr nette Begrüßung und ausführliche Einführung in die Wohnung mit all ihren Besonderheiten. Danke dafür!

Es gab wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Ruim en voorzien van alle ( domotica ) gemakken; twee ruime balkons een voor en een achterzijde; lift naar de 1e etage ( alwaar ‘t appartement is ); goede ventilator; mogelijkheid om fietsen op b.g.g. te stallen; parkeren aan overkant (weekticket 15€).

Ontvangst; we hadden aangegeven dat we tussen 18u-19u aanzouden komen, werd 19.45u door files; wat korzelige ontvangst ( terwijl wel gecommuniceerd hoe laat we zouden komen)…
