Casas da Vila - Duna Parque Group

The location is perfect, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The house is in a no-through road which makes it quiet, although people come and park in front of your window if you are on the ground floor you ear it and it's quite annoying. Free from dogs barking which was a nice surprise. It's okay for an overnight but staying here a week for a holiday would be a bit much for someone as finicky as me.

The building's insulation is awful, so you hear people using the bathroom and toilet all the time. If 4 people are upstairs there are 4xshowers and 4xpulling the water for the toilet in addition to washing hands. Add that to the fact that it will happen between 7 and 8 am, sleeping late is not in the cards here. The picture shown at reception was not the house we were staying. We tried the key and nothing. Luckily the neighbour showed us the entrance at the back around the corner. We would not have guessed that. Lastly, the smell of the cleaning products is too strong (=cheap) and lingers for hours. For people who are sensitive to smells, this is a bit much.

The apartments were spacious and clean with cooking facilities. The location was good and easy walking distance to the main attraction area. The staff in the hotel were helpful and organised a taxi and luggage collection.

We had to go to a local hotel to get information for the keys, to be then redirected to the property, were we collected the keys. The guy at reception's English was not good and there was some confusion about the booking, we had booked two apartments and due to the language barrier the wrong apartments were allocated.

Very nice staff, very quiet location. The buffet dinner was amazing for tired guests at the hosting hotel and it is right at the Fisherman trails path. Totally worth to stay. Thank you!

Cute little house close with shared courtyard s

Really close to road and with no AC, it was very load at night. Bathroom shower is exceptionally small. Better to have left out the bidet and put in proper shower. And there were ants in kitchen. Could not cook or eat in.
