Besondere Ferienwohnung, da sie sich in einem normalen Wohngebiet befindet. Die Wohnanlage gruppiert sich um einen großen parkartigen Hof in dem auch ein Café befindet. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und voll ausgestattet.

Hôte très sympathique.n'ous a bien conseillé. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour le centre. Tout ce fait a pieds. Et aussi conseils pour faire de la randonnée.

Within walking distance of almost anything in Vila Nova de Milfontes, the apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and kept stocked with fresh towels and linen. The kitchen was fully equipped, with all the utensils you could need, along with common spices and oils. Bath and shower pressure was great, and water temperature control was very good. There was a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and even a welcome bottle of good white wine. Both beds were comfortable. Although there was no A/C, it was easy to keep the house cool due to the large, fully openable windows in every room. The owner was very friendly and made check-in and check-out straightforward, even though we arrived very late on the check-in day. If we stay in Milfontes again, this will be my first choice. Having stayed in several other accommodations in the village over the years, this was by far the best.

The only downside is that the apartment is part of a large complex and faces a busy social area and garden. That area was always quite noisy until very late at night (even past 2am, with people chatting and live music playing until 11pm). Early in the morning (around 8-9am, which is early if you're on holiday), it would get noisy again.

Boa localização, com um jardim logo ao lado com parque infantil. Supermercado também muito perto. A 10 min a pé da praia da Franquia, Excelente para crianças.

It has everything you can wish for. Nuno, the owner was very nice and made us feel welcome.

The apartment is located next to a park (garden) which is nice in general. However, if there are people outside having fun and therefore being loud you will here it through the windows. But otherwise and especially the noises inside the house from neighbors etc. were non existent whilst we were staying.
