Beautiful property not too far from Lisbon City centre, was very convenient for my trip, free street parking. The owner was very useful and responded any query quickly. Would stay there again.

Wifi was very slow, if that gets fixed would be amazing

The only thing we like, the bedroom was comfortable, and also the lounge.

The fittings, like the toilet seat was very loose, and you could'nt use the stopper in the sink, plus the water was runing very slowly in the bathroom. Plus in the kitchen, the mixertap was so loose! And we had a bad experince, when we switch on the toaster blew the whole apartment

Nicley renovated and clean apartment, comfy beds, and easy check-in. Host was very nice and communicative. If you have a car it's a better option than staying in Lisbon where the fees can be as high as the accommodation itself. Parking on the street is packed but we managed to find a spot both nights right next to the apartment.

The selector for the shower head or hose was broken so we could only use the shower head.

I did not like anything about the property.

1- This house smells of mildew and stinks. I shared the photos from the bedroom. We could not sleep till late hours 2-3 am in the morning. At the beginning I thought that it was because of jet lag. Later I figured out that it was because of mildew in the house. You cannot breathe healthily and fall asleep easily. 2- One single air conditioner is not enough to warm the place. We asked additional heater from owner. He did not accept that it was cold and try to convince me the temperature was ok. He said that he would bring extra heater one day later in the evening. He did not bring the heater. 3- The place is not clean enough. When you use the blanket dust will rise. It does not meet the standards of a guest house. 4- Please be prepared that there won’t be internet. It was very weak and it was disconnected very often. I could not take my online exam. I used my phone and hotspot from my phone provider to communicate with the exam provider to rescheduled my exam. The wifi did not even let me chat with support for my exam. 5- The worst part is the owner. He never accept any issue and by default he denies it. Then, he tries to blame you. I have stayed in so many places and this is the worst by far. He wants to earn easy money. Please don’t fall for this tourist trap.

"Poor WiFi, cleanliness issues with the bathroom and refrigerator. Non-functional remote controls for both TVs. The washing machine had mold, and the air conditioning and kitchen cabinets were also not clean."

Beautifully decorated, comfortable apartment conveniently situated. The hosts were extremely helpful. The apartment is a high standard with great bathroom and shower. We plan to stay again.

Pros: the flat is clean and well decorated. The communication was easy.

Cons: location; bad smells in the corridor of the residence and in the second bedroom (it comes from the neighbours’ kitchen through the plugs and walls). We also felt bad smells in the whole area coming from the windows. The flat is equipped with perfumes, which can help, but some people like me will be more sensitive than others.
