Location was right in town. Was nice having the tasty restaurant part of th3 hotel too.

Terrible! There was an electric plug without safety, tampered. My son,10 years old, has accidentally touched it and he was shocked by 220 volts. The life-saving safety system has not been activated! The room was in Ground floor with window overlooking the car park, there was humidity , with abandoned and broken unusable furnishings. Water shower discharge was blocked and water drained in floor. We complained to direction of hotel verbally and with an email. We have not received any response from the hotel management.

The beds were clean. The breakfast was good.

The price on the website said breakfast included but on arriving breakfast was added as extra to the bill. The shower room wasn't great. The shower head bracket was too low for the adults and it flooded. The TV didn't work. There was a restaurant terrace below the room which was noisy. WiFi didn't work as the room was away from the main hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK. The location was pretty.

We arrived late and for some reason we didn't get the room from the pictures we had in booking. The apartment/room feels like it was not fully ready for guests. When you enter the room, you see a very high bed and simple chair to climb on it. Why such a high bed? The bed linen had some dark curly hairs on it. The bed also had some holes over your head. The room had hangers for clothes but no wardrobe or place to hang clothes. (Why were hangers provided then?). The bathroom was a small disaster, the floor was dirty, and instead of hangers-on we had simple nails. There was a broken lamp on the top of the mirror over the sinks, so there was not enough light in the bathroom. I am afraid we were quite disappointed with our staying and survived one night stay.
