The Air conditioning is not cooling... And not prepared for the tisu, shampoo...

Basically nothing ... The host did offer me the option to upgrade to a family suite, but I decided to keep my booking for the studio suite — which I somewhat regret.

1) The resort is generally poorly maintained. 2) The jacuzzi in the room was not functioning properly — we could only use it once because the water couldn’t be drained afterward. 3) No shower gel or shampoo was provided. 4) An electric kettle was provided, but there was only one set of cup, glass, and plate, which was insufficient for our family. 5) The cleanliness of the room needs improvement. 6) The curtains and the tempered glass door of the shower cubicle need to be repaired.

Theme park

The scariest place I’ve ever stayed... I only lasted an hour there. We checked in late, around 10 PM. From the moment we stepped in, the lights on the way to the elevator were flickering—just like in a horror movie. As soon as the elevator doors opened, the light in front of it went out. The hallway to the room? Flickering lights again, exactly like those haunted hospital scenes you see in movies. And don’t even get me started on the experience inside the bathroom... let’s just leave it at that. One piece of advice—if you're travelling with kids, keep driving and find a nicer hotel.
