"Disappointing"

Location, near station

Couldn't use TV (wasn't picking up a signal), no sofa/soft chairs to sit on, no help (was told in the the description that someone would be there to meet us) so struggled to find room.

"Good to stay."

The apartment house was clean and the staff was nice. she kindly explained the key via phone call and via Whatapp. my calls and messages were answered immediately.

I do not the couse, but I need a slight technique to open the door.
