La ubicación y la cercanía a la playa.

Los aparatos de aire acondicionado tenían los filtros llenos de suciedad y moho, con lo que el aire no era demasiado salubre. Me quejé de ello a la.entrega de llaves el día de salida y me comentaron que lo.debia haber advertido a la entrada. Cuando uno paga casi 270€ por día de estancia todo debe estar en perfecto estado de revista.

El apartamento muy bien equipado, mucho menaje de cocina, secadora de ropa, aire acondicionado y bomba de calor, tenían un sistema de filtrado de agua osmótico así que no tuvimos que comprar agua, la televisión muy grande y la situación fenomenal.

La limpieza estaba justita, había polvo en muchos sitios y en una de las habitaciones había hormigas en la mesita de noche. La fregona estaba muy sucia y el tendedero de ropa estaba fuera y tenía muchísimo barro, pero se lo comunicamos y enseguida nos trajeron otros nuevos.

Las vistas al mar y la cercanía a la playa.

Los colchones de las camas… se hunden un poco ya del uso. Estaría bien renovarlos! El agua caliente va por calentador… daros prisa que se agota 😊

"Rude staff, disappointing experience"

Nice location and nice view, but other than that, not too much. No beach as such nearby (you have to walk about 600m or 5 min). The view from the balcony was nice.

The apartment is much smaller than indicated. There´s no air conditionining in the main room, which means that it becomes scorching hot daily. Not even toilet paper was provided in the apartment. Keys have to be picked up at a different location that has limited working hours. The pool was minuscule - mainly for kids. Nearest beach requires a 6 min walk. Doors and walls are paper-thin and at times we thought there was someone going to enter the apartment. On departure the staff forced us to empty the fridge (there were literally two items there), threatening not to return the deposit if we didn't do so. Even though they charge a "cleaning fee" anyway. Also, they didn´t like that we complained about this and started doing an in-depth inspection of the flat despite the fact that we were in a hurry to catch our flight, even going as afar as checking the sofa cushions.
