UN LUGAR MUY LIMPIO Y LA UBICACION SUPER BIEN.

A LA CASA LE FALTAN DETALLES, SIMPLES, PERO QUE PUEDEN AYUDAR A UNA ESTANCIA CORTA, COMO SERVILLETA, CAFE Y AZUCAR.

Muy amplio, céntrico, renovado y cómodo.

Todo bien, solo es pelín caluroso.

Ottima posizione, centrale, permette di visitare parecchi punti di interesse recandosi a piedi.

Difficoltà per il check in in quanto nella prenotazione non era individuato il numero civico non era quindi chiaro che fosse prima necessario contattare la struttura

the flat was not the flat I booked. the sofa was small and uncomfortable I was told the nice big white one broke? the coffee table was different no low level light / Lamp just a ceiling light that made to feel you where under a spot light. the bathroom shower didn’t function properly only shot out of the big head and couldn’t use the hand held function. no good when you have to women who didn’t always want to get their hair wet. beds very soft and uncomfortable. in one bedroom the roller blind would not open so no natural light available. this was not the apartment I booked because the picture showing the view from my balcony had to have been taken from the 4th or 5th floor? I went up their and took a picture from the staircase window. on these floors it looks like the apartments are let out through Vaccasiones Viviendas which I think is a holiday company. my understanding is all of the 14 apartments bought 2019 and refurbished are all let out through booking .com, AirBnB etc. on site office nobody speaks English, all emails sent to me responding to issues in Spanish I paid for a view over looking the buildings in the narrow street and with the Atlantic in the distance. this was not what I saw I looked straight into buildings ? the location was very noisy with a late night music bar club nearly opposite. in closing I’m making a formal complaint and want an offer of a partial refund. I will take this further with pay pal and American Express.
