"Buenas vistas y cercano a pie al centro de la ciudad"

Las vistas desde el estudio y los amaneceres. La buena disposición del anfitrión para solucionar las quejas en cuanto al menaje de la cocina. En un paseo de 20 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad.

Las sartenes que tienen no se pueden utilizar en la vitrocerámica de inducción. Pagas el día de llegada completo pero no puedes acceder hasta las 16 horas, salvo que pagues un extra.

"Nice location but there was a smell and bedding was dirty"

Great location by the sea on the top floor. Not too far from centre of Santa Cruz. Nice view and area to look out.

Bad smell in apartment that overpowered our stay which from the cupboards. Dirty bedding with liquids on and hair from previous stay left on it. Shower pressure was very weak, lukewarm water.

Las vistas al mar desde un piso 12.

Falta de cuchillos de cocina, servilletas, sal, aceite café de cortesía. La comunicación era a través de un asistente virtual. Imposibilidad de consigna de equipaje.

La decoración era perfecta, la cama muy cómoda y los electrodomésticos muy útiles. El baño increíble. Nos gustó mucho la comunicación con el agente de IA por WhatsApp y cuando no sabía que responder nos dirigía directamente a un agente de la empresa. Las vistas muy bonitas.

La limpieza no deja que le pongamos a este sitio un 10. La cocina tenia una mancha de cafe lo que hizo que salieran muchas hormigas. La cama tenía una manchita de sangre (olían a limpio pero esa mancha estaba ahí), los ventiladores estaban llenos de polvo y el congelador estaba sucio por dentro… Volveríamos a este apartamento pero exigiendo un poco más en esto de la limpieza!
