You must know what you want. It is a private apartament part of a house. It is separated in a peaceful area. Simple, but if you want just to sleep, it is ok. You must know it is out of town, so do not find any shops or restaurants.

The property is in a very peaceful setting with some nice short walks close by if you need to stretch your legs for a bit. This apartment is perfect if you just want to relax or else have a nice place to come back to after being out for the day.

The location of the apartment is probably best suited to people with cars. There is a very frequent bus route about 10 minutes walk away. If you have difficulty walking just be aware you will need to walk up quite a steep hill to get to the bus stop. If you need to stop the bus just make sure to put your hand out in advance as buses will pass you by as they need to go off onto a slip road.

It was the best place to stay in Tenerife. It was such a nice and quiet neighbour only few minutes drive from Santa Cruz, the best choice for relaxing holidays. Also, very close to La Laguna and to big supermarkets. The owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Hopefully to go back again ☺️

The host was extremely unhelpful. Internet didnt work til last day.We werent allowed to see the views as we had an area of about 10 feet outside our door. Only 2 faulty saucepans. No bowls. Few utensils. No frying pan. Only 1 toilet roll. No English speaking had to put everything into google translate. Difficulty getting hold of owner as only contact allowed was through whattsapp even though she was in the property. Property was miles from anywhere with no nearby facilities. She had an old dog that was going to the toilet everywhere. No nearby beaches

Beware of the misleading description! There is no swimming pool, no terrace with the sea view (unless you stand on the sun lounger!), no 24 hour reception! The manager was literally next door and still she kept us waiting for 20 minutes after agreed arrival time! Description seems to be for the main larger apartment, and is being used for all 3 apartments in the block. I guess most of the good reviews are for that larger one, I can’t believe why anyone will give this apartment a good rating. It’s very much overpriced. I can see so many reviews mentioning the same issue, the manger explained that it is booking.com’s mistake, and I spent a good amount of time exchanging messages with booking.com so I don’t write an unjustified review. They said they don’t manage descriptions, so are not responsible for the mistake. Even aside from description issue, I did not like the property, it’s small, away from basic facilities, Kitchen is very poor, little to no cooking utensils, poor mobile signal and WiFi. Overall, a disappointing experience!
