Las almohadas delgadas. Poca intimidad en el baño. Es muy pequeño.

L'appartamento monolocale a primo impatto è davvero molto luminoso, presenta un arredamento molto bello e accurato. Tutto è studiato nei minimi dettagli, ed ogni dettaglio in effetti fa la differenza ed è davvero funzionale. Il wifi funziona bene, acqua calda presente. All'arrivo anche una sorpresina lasciata. Per un soggiorno di qualche giorno va benissimo, supera le aspettative.

Ripeto, per un soggiorno di qualche giorno va benissimo, ma se cominciano ad essere più giorni, presenta alcuni difetti. Principalmente, non si ha spazio. In tutti i sensi, se fai la spesa non si ha spazio dove disporre gli alimenti che non vanno ne in frigo o in congelatore. Non esiste nessun cassetto o ripiano libero. A parte il bagno, molto piccolo, non c'è altro spazio. Il balcone, che nelle foto sembra spazioso, nella realtà è minuscolo, in due non ci si sta, perché c'è la parte esterna del condizionatore appoggiato al suolo che occupa spazio. Gli utensili sono pochi, 3 cucchiai, 3 forchette, 2 bicchieri piccoli, 2 tazze, cioè tutto contato. E non c'è ne insonorizzazione ne lavastoviglie, ne il buio notturno/diurno. Alle 6 è giorno in pratica :-D Per 375 euro 3 notti... parliamone.

Very good location. Everything on walkng distance. Clean. Good wifi. Codes were functioned very well.

The room is rather small. Bath is too close to bed.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnliche gut, sehr zentral.

Der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da er zugebaut ist mit der Klimaanlage. Sehr schade, da wir ein Apartment mit Balkon gebucht haben!

The studio has perfect city centre location with all the shops, coffees, bars and restaurants arround the corner. The studio was well equipped, comfortable enough and clean.

The bathroom door were getting stucked so it was almost impossible to slide them closed. Also they are translucent. Maybe it would be better to just change it for normal ones.

Die Lage ist superzentral. Wir waren in der Wohnung ganz oben, die über einen Aufzug erreichbar ist. Sie verfügt über eine Küche/Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen Balkon, der zwei Seiten des Hauses umrandet. Über eine interne Treppe erreicht man ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und eine sehr große Terrasse mit Sofa, zwei Sesseln und einem Tisch. Vom Balkon und von der Terrasse aus hat man Meerblick. Die beiden Etagen sind klimatisiert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Flur stehen eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine.

Der Mühlheimer ist sehr gut versteckt. Innachhinein ist es schön, aber ich müsste ein bisschen suchen.

Läget alldeles utmärkt, närhet till det mesta. Lugnt och tyst i penthouset. Köket var fantastiskt välutrustat.
