CASA VIVA

Alles! Mariví ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht! Die Wohnung war toll ausgestattet und hatte Balkon sowie eigene Dachterrasse. Es war ruhig und wir konnten toll entspannen!

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage am oberen Rand der Altstadt, bequem zu Fuß aus dem Zentrum zu erreichen. Eine kleiner Balkon und eine gemütliche, zur Wohnung gehörende Dachterrasse bieten einen Blick über die Altstadt zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich und hochwertig ausgestattet, an alles ist gedacht.

The shower was great, clean andcatylish bathroom, super comfortable bed, very cute balcony to enjoy morning coffe on and watch the sunrise. Really cool rooftop terrace to relax on. Quiet street, no car noise whatso ever, it was a great location and walking distance to all cafes and shops. Well laid out apartment.

The lighting in the sitting room was abit too strong for my liking, but maybe im abit sensetive to strong light. Everything else was perfect!

The location was very good, the landlady was nice and helpful, the place was clean and well equipped. The solarium was also a nice spot to enjoy.

The bed was not very comfortable, the shower temperature regulation worked very poorly and the hat water was not enough for two people to shower in a row.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines, ruhiges Appartement mit schöner Dachterrasse und seitlichem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und konnten spontan einchecken. Es gibt viel Informationsmaterial (Bücher, Prospekte,…) zu La Palma. Das Bett fanden wir auch bequem. Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings sollte man kein Problem mit Treppen und Steigungen haben :)

- nur eine Idee: die Option für Netflix o.ä. auf dem Fernseher wäre noch schön.

Well equipped kitchen Lots of extra towels, toilet rolls etc.

Kitchen too small and no work space to prepare food. No sun on patio or roof terrace which is disappointing.

Excellent central location and lovely view from roof terrace and lovely apartment. Maria the host was lovely and helpful and friendly and the apartment was spotless. The apartments has a lift as it’s on the 3 rd floor.

As there’s no parking with apartment, you have to drive round to find a space, which is not always easy especially after 6pm. Also the apartment was no 10 but the accommodation was 20B and around the corner from 20A so don’t miss it. Also apartment is quite high up thr mountain so to walk to any restaurant, you need to walk a lot of uphill and stairs.
