Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist sehr interessant und schön ausgebaut. Ausgenommen vom Bad aus, hat man einen direkten Blick ins Dach, das auch indirekt beleuchtet werden kann. Das öffnet die Räume und läßt sie größer und luftiger wirken. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, um darin für ein paar Tage gemütlich zu wohnen. Durch die Fußbodenheizung ist der gesamte Wohnraum angenehm warm - im März noch wichtig, ebenso, wie die dicke Decke zum Schlafen. Es gibt auch einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Aktivitäten - Nähe zur Autobahn, Nähe zum Meer, Nähe zum Hafen, Nähe um Besorgungen zu machen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Haustür zur Verfügung.

Der Gastgeber hatte zwei Wohnungen in derselben Anzeige, was mich in die Irre führte. Ich wollte die besser ausgestattete rote Wohnung mieten und bekam stattdessen die schlechter ausgestattete gelbe! Die gelbe Wohnung hat nur ein Zimmer zum Schlafen und Kochen. Es gibt keine Geschirrspüler,das Geschirr ist veraltet, das Bett ist unbequem (unbequeme Matratzen und Kissen). Es bietet keinen erholsamen Schlaf, es gibt keine Nachttische, und auch die Stühle in der Küche sind unbequem! Wenig Möbel, wir hatten zu zweit nicht genug Platz für unsere gesamte Kleidung! Der alte Fernseher bietet keine Apps wie YouTube oder Netflix!

It was an excellent stay. I'm very glad we chose Casa Fabbro. The location is in a quiet village, with free public parking right in front of the house. About a 7-minute walk away, you’ll find a pizzeria serving delicious pizza (and other items), plus an artisanal ice cream parlor. As for the apartment, I have nothing but praise—in addition to being beautifully renovated, you have everything at your fingertips to prepare meals and feel comfortable. I was there with my husband and our two children, and it suited us perfectly. The beaches are about a 20–25‑minute drive away, and the nearest train station is only 9 minutes away, with free parking - stazione di Latisana. From there, we took the train to Venice, as our host, Mr. Francesco, advised. I will definitely recommend this accommodation to people I know who want to enjoy both visits to the beautiful cities of Italy and relaxing beach and seaside activities. It's an excellent location!

Apartament jest naprawdę ładny, a gospodarze bardzo pomocni. Polecam dla osób, które nie lubią tłumu turystów - doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania, a dojazd na plażę też nie jest zbyt czasochłonny. Polecam dla osób zmotoryzowanych.

Przy otwartych oknach było słychać poranny ruch na ulicy. Brakowało nam również czajnika do gotowania wody.
