Location was excellent and the views! Jose was the perfect host and helped me settle in easily! Recommend 10/10

The appartement was very nice, inside everything was clean and nice. Everything was comfortable, the position of the flat was good in order to reach easily via car Puerto Rico, Puerto Mogan and other places in the south of the island and it was easy to reach the city center by foot and the seaside too.

The only thing was the balcony and the terrace: it would be better not to see cables of the house in front of the balcony on the glass side. The flat so looks under construction and the view was nice because of the sea side, however it was not so great because of these cables and the cement company in front of the flat. The terrace upstairs looks more comfortable with lights and so on on the pictures than in reality.

The property was very clean, well located with plenty of amenities around, amazing views, well kept. Property provided all kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, free wifi, towels clean bedding. We had the 3rd floor apartment which provided a great view of the ocean. Friendly neighbours. I have to add our host Jose was amazing easy to contact, and provided everything we needed when we needed it, we could ask for more. Throughout the whole property was very clean, roof terrace which provided a panoramic view across Arguineguín.

The fact we had to leave to go back home, nothing to dislike about the property.

A nice, clean, fully equipped one bedroom flat with a balcony, rooftop terrace available, parking in the street easy and free. Good location to explore this part of the island. Within 30-40 minutes you reach Patalavaca and Angu del mar - a seaside walk. Good communication with the owner.

There are internal windows to the corridor, so you can hear your neighbours too well.

The position. It was close to the main touristic area. (Maspalomas, Puerto Rico)

My experience at this accommodation was rather disappointing. I had booked an apartment on the third floor, but upon arrival, we found ourselves on the second floor. When I pointed out the mistake to the owner, José, he tried to convince me that the apartments were the same and that our reservation had been replaced to accommodate a customer who had booked for a month. Despite having booked for eight days, we were given lower priority. One of the main reasons I chose the top floor was to avoid noise from the apartment above, as I am a light sleeper. However, even on the second floor, we could hear noises from above, especially when the toilet was flushed. Additionally, the kitchen was infested with small ants. During our stay, we were never offered a change of sheets, and the owner never checked in to see if we needed anything. The view from the apartment, unlike what was shown in the photos, was not of the sea but of an industrial area. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In conclusion, I would not recommend this accommodation for an eight-day vacation. It might be suitable for a short stay of two or three nights at most. We were dissatisfied and, to make matters worse, on the second to last day, José jokingly asked us to leave a high rating on Booking. I found this request inappropriate, given the disappointing service we received.

Great accomodation with a sunny balcony, perfect for relaxing, eating or having drinks! The bedroom and the living room with a small kitchen make it perfect for a few days stay by the sea. The beach is only a few minutes away from the appartment. Big thanks to the welcoming and helpful host Jose!

The host was very helpful and let us check out much later than the check out time on the last day as we had a late flight. The views from the apartment and terrace were beautiful and the apartment was very clean.

We had to ask for extra pillows after the first night as there was only 1 per person. The host did bring us more with no problem. The shower head holder didn't hold the shower head properly so it kept falling.
